Five9 IVR Not sending logff state to CTIPhone after upgrade to Pega 23.3
We are Using Five9 as IVR in PegaCusotmer Service,
The older version 8.8.2 configured with Five9 work smooth. After Upgrade the Five9 Logout is sucessfull but the devicestats is not reflecting in CTIPhone page in clipboard.
Noticing SE-50652 Change added in the logout script.
Anybody face the similar issue & aware of the fix ?
