Use prediction studio to analyze the email response
Hi
I have a requirement to analyze the content of the email and move the workflow accordingly.
Ex. System will receive mails like we agree, we confirm, we need review, we reject, rejected etc.
When we receive we agree or we confirm, case status need to change to Approved and indicate that it is Approved and when system receive email with we reject or we need review, the status changes to Reject or review needed.
How to make use of text analyzer and prediction studio to complete the requirement. Does email manager portal helps to complete this requirement?
