Volunteering to gain experience
I got certified as a Certified Pega Business Architect and Certified Pega System Architect Both Version '23. Obviously, it is almost impossible to find a job without experience, but there is always a first time for every person. Can anyone advise me how to start. Is there a way to volunteer somewhere to gain the experience? I am a US citizen and live in the US. I can work remotely or relocate if I have to.

You can pursue an internship with any organization that utilizes the Pega tool.
Additionally, you have the option to freelance for clients who require work on their behalf.
You may also secure a position in a company through referrals.
Lastly, you can make your resume available on LinkedIn to indicate you're open for hire.

Hello. Where did you complete your training and how long did it last? Have you studied remotely? Tell me, have you found a job? I’m just thinking about getting this certificate, but I’m not at all sure whether it’s possible to find a job after that :) Thank You!

@VitaliL17366333 you can creat an account at Pega Academy and choose the certificate you want, start studying and taking all the exams, and then when you pass it all at Pega Academy you can take the certificate exam. It can all be done online through https://academy.pega.com/

The job market and hiring trends haven't been very strong for some time.
