Enhancing User Experience Monitoring with Pega and Dynatrace
Hi everyone,
I'm working on integrating Pega with Dynatrace and would like to discuss the best approach to ensure Dynatrace can understand the full context of the user’s actions within Pega. Specifically, I want to capture and pass context such as:
Process ID User Information Action being performed Current page or stage within the workflow The goal is to make sure that when an issue or anomaly is detected in Dynatrace, it can automatically retrieve the relevant context from Pega, allowing us to quickly understand where the user is in the flow, what data they’re interacting with, and which process they're executing.
Has anyone here successfully implemented such an integration? What are the best practices for passing this kind of contextual data from Pega to Dynatrace?
Looking forward to your insights!
Best regards,
Gal
