I'm unable to launch my profile page

Dear team,

 

When I click on my profile from my pega academy, I'm getting requested page not available.

Please check and help me on this

Thanks for your reply, 

 

two weeks ago I have update my name from Shaiks3145 etc to my full name in my profile, after that update only I am unable to launch my profile page in my portal, How to fix this issue?
