How to download the report for broken queue items in Queue processor with the exception reason
I don't find an option to download the report, while viewing queue processor Broken queue items under Actions menu.
We need to report the cause of each exceptions to customer and currently I am not able to pull the report with Exception reason for the broken queue items. I am using Pega version 24.1.
Note: I have already configured the roles PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator, PegaRULES:SysOpsObserver & PegaRULES:SysAdm4 in my Accessgroup.
