Bix extract to excel text format issues
We are experiencing an issue with our PEGA system related to BIX Extract. Despite the extract running successfully and generating records (as confirmed by the extract logs), the file is not being uploaded to our local file server. Our setup includes a file listener configured to fetch the records from "PEGARepository" and upload them to the local file server, but this process is not completing as expected. No errors are logged in the PEGA BIX logs. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Check Firewall and Network Settings: If your PEGA system and the file server are located on different network segments or if there are firewalls in place, ensure that the necessary ports are open to allow the communication between the two systems. Consult with your network or system administrators to verify the network connectivity.
Verify File Listener Processing and Validate File Server Path: Confirm that the file listener is actively processing the extracted files. Check the status of the file listener to ensure it is running and that there are no pending or failed items in its queue.

Upon reviewing the file listener logs, I noticed a specific execution where the checksum validation failed. According to the Pega documentation https://docs-previous.pega.com/data-management-and-integration/87/overview-bix-extractions-pega-cloud-environments, adding a DSS entry BIX/ignoreValidation can bypass checksum validation. However, are there any resources available to understand the implications of disabling checksum validation?
