Can we populate the same value for country property across other application without using data page?
The user 1 ,user 2,user 3 whoever logs into the application should be able to see the same value of countries on their screens.

If the data is being saved in an enterprise layer table, then you can directly refer it from a report definition. If the data is present in any one of the application, you can refer it to other applications using your own REST method. Otherwise you can also set the value in the operator table of each user as per your requirement.

@SohamM95 i didnt get here one thing like how RD or connector can maintain the same set of values for different users?
By Application layer structure you mean Org-Div-Unit or either the built on applications?

Your built on applications I mean. If its present on the inheritance path then you can easily use RD to retrieve the data. Otherwise you can create your own service REST on the application where the data actually resides, then connect to the others' using connect RESTs.

@TanyaS58 Why we use Data page ?? first of all to understand this just because DP holds our data for long time in its memory and we don't need to hit Database again and again , But if this approach is not available and still we need to work on it then we have below two options,
- Using report Definitions its possible to internally . Means if data is present inside the upper layer of your implementation then report Definition can do this work for you.
- But if data is across any one application then we can go for Intergeration to populate the information , we can create the REST methods and populate information across the applications with APIs.
