Unable to clear the property level error messages on a Page when created from Service-REST
Service-REST is built and consuming a JSON Request and performing mapping on a temp page called CasePage, then we are calling svcAddWorkObject to created the Work object based on the data mapped on CasePage.
Here if we have any errors on CasePage , the requirement is to still go ahead and create the case and then show the errors on UI.
So here we tried to clear the messages using Page-Clear-Message method and also using function @(Pega-RULES:Default).pxClearMessages(Primary) , but still the errors persist on CasePage. Also later in svcAddWorkObject ->step3 ->createWorkPage step23-> setOutput -> here pyErrors is getting set and we are unable to create the case.
Can you please help how to clear the messages on CasePage

If possible create a copy of svcAddWorkObject activity and then while calling createWorkPage in step #3, pass the parameter OnlyCreateOutputPageIfError as true. You should be able to skip the output page processing for errors.
@SrijitaB Tried this . But still the errors are getting set and case is not created.
Also the errors on the page are getting removed by Page-Clear-Message or @(Pega-RULES:Default).pxClearMessages(Primary). But the errors on respective properties which are under the embedded page are not getting removed.
Can you try saving as NewDefaults activity into your work class and try to remove the messages there (Page-Clear-Messages)? NewDefaults is being called in createWorkPage step #22. Ideally clearing the messages there will result in skipping the next step where the pyErrors property is being set.
However, this may lead to removing the pyErrors property which would mean that you may not be able to show the error messages on screen as o/p of the service.
