How to search user by email or name using external rest api
I am developing an application which will be integrating PEGA crm and few other crms. Agent will search for crm user in our application,and create ticket for user. To search crm user in our application we were trying to find an api but we got no success.Can you please help us to find appropriate method.

Can you please let me know why are you wanting to use the API for searching the user?
