Is the data page D_FetchCoachingTipsAndAlerts set to Read-Only mode? You will be able to see it in the Definition tab. If you're trying to set data in a property present in the data page then you need to make the mode Editable.

On Data page we don't have any parameter/property being set, we are just calling an activity as a DataSource where we are calling a Report Definition to fetch some alert messages and setting some properties on step pages.
