Conflict merging

Do we have any automation tool for code merge in PEGA? Now the process is showing the warning message and we have to retrofit the changes manually, but any thing automated to merge without doing manually.

Are you using Pega Deployment Management? A merge pipeline can be configured to ignore conflicts and merge whatever is present. Besides that I'm not aware of any tool available that'll retrofit and merge automatically.
