Business Architect -DCO-8 Configure the Refund review and Refund payment Stages

I am trying to complete the class in the subject but when I try to Configure View on Case Type: Refund > Refund Review/Verify Refund, I can't find the "Disputed Transaction" and "Customer" in the Add Fields.  Can anyone provide a suggestion on what I am doing wrong?
