PDF Connector Compatible PDF versions

Hi,

Good day.

We have an automation that will have to process PDF. We used PDF connector to open and split the pages of the PDF. However, we are encountering this error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Upon checking, the PDF version of the file is PDF Version : 1.4 (Acrobat 5.x). Is there a limitation on the PDF versions the PDF connector can open? We are using Pega Robotics Studio version 19.1.92. We are able to open PDF versions 1.5 and 1.7.

@MayAnnTenorioI don't believe the issue is with a specific version of the PDF. I know we have tested with a wide variety of versions. It may be with some security setting within the file or some other PDF feature we have not tested with. Is it possible to get a copy of one of the PDFs you are having issues with? If you cannot share it here, please open a support request and you can provide one securely to our support team to look into.
