Pega Synchronization Server - Backwards Compatibility

Crowdsourcing, we have a packaged deployed in version 22.1.29 whilst the user's machine have version 22.1.32 robot runtime installed. When we tried to run the RDA bot, it throws an error "Unable to load Runtime2. Required version is older than installed version".

We have Pega Sync Server in place. Does adding the latest version in the product manifest solves this issue ?

@rnikkopradoSynch Server cannot downgrade to a version lower than the base version. Make sure that the version you install on your machines is the lowest version you wish to use. In this case, 32 is your base version. If 29 was your base version, then your machine could run packages created with either version.
