Editing fields in data designer
Hi,
I am trying to edit fields on a data type under the records tab. It seems only 1 field is editable when I click on a row and all the others are read only.
How can I edit the data type to make the fields editable?

Hi @JMark515: Can you please check the keys defined in the class? In general, you cannot edit the fields defined as keys of the class.

@ArulDevan Only one of the properies is a key (.guid) The other properties are not keys and are still not editable

Hi @JMark515: Can you check the respective "DataTableEditorReport" to make sure "KeyInput" column format is not added to the columns other than class key?

They are pxTextInput, ironically the fields that is editable are pxInteger and pxDateTime - is that the format field I should be looking in the DataTableEditorReport? @ArulDevan

Hi @JMark515:If the fields are not class keys and if the column format is not defined as "keyInpyt" in DataTableEditorReport report definition, then you should be able to edit the values in data designer. I suggest to create a support ticket with PEGA from MSP portal.
