How to repeat a section on a button click

Hi,

I have a requirement in which I have to take details of multiple users. Requirement is shown in below image. If I click on AddPatient it should display a section to capture details. If I again click on AddPatient it should display same section again to capture another person's details. And if I click on Delete option, it should also delete relevant section.

@kr16856646 you need to use repeating dynamic layout in this scenario and source as pagelist. 

You need to populate first page of the pagelist by default with all the properties which is in your current screen. When you click on add patient, you need to append same blank page and that becomes the 2nd page and eventually in the screen that becomes the 2nd Add patient form.
