Is there a Pega front-end developer role?

Is there a specific role in Pega dedicated to front-end development, similar to the roles of Pega System Architect and Pega Business Architect?

I'm curious to know if there is a specialized career path within Pega for front-end developers, similar to how data scientists have their own path.
