To keep the Work Object (WO) in the same assignment based on the WO status and decide the harness in Pega, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Flow rule associated with the assignment you want to modify. The Flow rule defines the sequence of assignments and actions that the case follows.

2. Identify the assignment shape in the Flow that corresponds to the WO you want to keep in the same assignment. This assignment shape represents the user interface (harness) that is displayed to the user when working on the assignment.

3. Double-click on the assignment shape to open its properties.

4. In the properties dialog, locate the "Advanced" tab.

5. In the "Advanced" tab, find the "Harness" field. This field specifies the harness that is used for the assignment.

6. By default, the harness specified in the "Harness" field will be used for the assignment. However, you can introduce a condition to dynamically determine the harness based on the WO status.

7. To introduce a condition, click on the gear icon next to the "Harness" field to open the "Harness When" dialog.

8. In the "Harness When" dialog, you can define an expression that evaluates to true or false. If the expression evaluates to true, the specified harness will be used for the assignment.

9. Use Pega's expression builder to create an expression that checks the WO status. For example, you can use an expression like @equals(.pyStatusWork, "Open") to check if the WO status is "Open".

10. Once you have defined the condition, click "OK" to close the "Harness When" dialog.

11. Save the changes to the assignment shape properties.
