Property validate shows overridden messages

I have Date field and i have following conditions/validations to check 

1. date selected should be 10 weeks in future

2. on the date selected there should be availability

So on the same field i should show both messages

 

Issue:  I can see the top level messages are shown appended in the same line and at the field level both messages are overlapped.
