Notification messages not visible in the notification centre/area bottom left portal
Received notification is not visible on my portal page. Scenario:
Current operator is logged in to APP B. This operator should see the notification.
Operator which triggered the notification is logged in to APP A.
Note: APP B is build on APP A.

@Bob ReawaruwI have to conclude that the notifications are valid within a certain application. Thus, they will not show up in build-on application.

@Bob Reawaruw You have to specialize pygetnotificationsforoperator and pygetnotificationscountforoperator reports in your application where you need to view the notifications and remove the current application name filter from both these reports. That will solve your issue.
