Can Pega download a file from an Oracle RAC server file directory location?
We are on Pega 7.2.2 cloud and would like to view files stored on an external Oracle RAC on prem server file directory and download to user local file systems, I tried connecting file, and integration file service package, tried both Oracle Database server hostname and ip, but I got "Invalid source location", and "No such Directory or Folder" – please see attached. Any feedbacks are greatly appreciated, thank you.

Regarding the file accessing from an external Oracle RAC database server directory, can I use Pega utility DownloadFile@ @baseclass?
Looked at the Java step from activity DownloadFile@ @baseclass:
String fileName = tools.getParamValue("FileName");
if (fileName == null || fileName.length() == 0) {
return true; // Nothing to download
}

Seemed the filePath is default to Pega server StaticContent/global/ServiceExport.
We are under Pega 7.2.2 cloud, do we need Pega to help configure the filePath to an external server directory?
How do we configure the external Oracle RAC database server directory access, e.g. hostname/ip, port, file directory, access credential, etc?
