OOTB Filters in Report Definition rules
We have applied filters for ".pxCreateDateTime" property for case instances of class "Work-Channel-Interaction-WebChat" as in attached image.
Looking for a confirmation, Current month filter means-> The current calendar month, and Previous Month filter means -> The last calendar month. If this is the understanding then the reports results should not change if we run the report on different days of same month.
But we are noticing the report result changes on everyday. Could anyone please help, if have seen similar issue ?

Getting different results for the Current month is expected.
Are you saying, we are getting different results when the previous month is selected? If yes, can you please confirm if the report is not executed during month end.

Yes we are getting different results when the previous month is selected. And the report execution is happening on daily basis, not exactly on month end.
For eg.
The case counts in previous month = 76, when the report executed on 10th Oct
While, The case counts in previous month = 74, when the report executed on 11th Oct

Hi @Vikas_Agrawal: Is the report definition is executed using same user profile without changing Time zone? If it is with same user without time zone change, it should give same results for previous month. If there is a change in time zone, it is expected because the backend SQL is dependent on the time zone.
If it is still giving different results for each date, better to investigate the data to check if any hard update is done to the data.
