Max Number of rows for a report and a multiselect

Good Day, If i have a multiselect that pulls from a report but the max number of rows to retrieve is 500, will i only see 500 rows options in the multiselect? How do i make that max number larger?

Hi @WyattH52,

You can probably try the paging option under Report Rule > Reports Viewer > Enable paging.

Enabling this feature will automatically disable the "Max records" configuration. In this way, you can control the number of records in the report browser and multi-select both.

@aggad When i try to change the "page size" to a larger number like 150000 it seems to break the multislect and i get no records found. In the tracer i get the error that pymaxrecords failed. page size
