How can we call when rule created in Data Class to Work Class

Is it possible to call/use When rule created in Data Class to Work Class ! If so , how it can be achieved !

Yes, it is possible. Kindly use @Utilities.callWhen(?,?,?) function like step 2 of example below.

There is an Expression Builder controller that you can call it from section rule and associate your function with it.
Let me know the result whether works or not.
