Temp page 'CallExtensionAct' is not referring to 'Data-WorkAttach-File'!
However, the application throws 'pzCaptureAttatchKeysForSecnarioTesting could not be found in 'Data-WorkAttach-File'
Any ideas?

What were you trying to do that caused this error?
Were you using completely OOTB UI, or is your custom code calling this activity?
It looks to me like the OOTB rules which call the rules you've mentioned are mostly deprecated eg. Flow Action AddAttachments
So if you are using custom code to call this acitvity then you should find an alternative. If it's completely OOTB and giving this error then you need to ask Pega support to look into it.
