Unable to connect to Pega Database from Azure Synapse

HI Team,

I am tried to connect to Pega DB for incoming ETL from Azure Synapse but its Showing some Error.

Please Check and Let me Know me any other way to Connect DB.

Please refer to the screenshots for error details and system details.
