How to customize login screen, so that we can login with OTP instead of Username and Password.

In our Project, Client want to login with OTP, by skipping username and Password. 

It is not like Multifactor Authentication. Client directly want to login only with OTP, and it has to be both for desktop and mobile version.

Can somebody suggest, how to do this.
