Greetings. Hope you are doing well! We have deployed a package to test environment and missed to deploy a data class definition, we reimported the package with missing class. However i am now not able to open a when rule that belongs to this data class. I can however open this class definition, I resaved the class, did Revalidate and Save, restarted the instance but still it says "You are not authorized to open this instance" in logs and in Tracer it says Rule Form corrupted. My Administrator Access group has App:SysAdm4 which is having PegaRules:SysAdm4 as dependent role. This combination does not work, however if i explicitly specify PegaRules:SysAdm4 in the access group, i can open the rules without any error. This is happening in test but not in Dev. 

I am on Pega 8.7.0

Any ideas on how to resolve this error?
