8.5.5- Scenario Testing- Unable to record this element as this is an unsupported element or has an invalid DOM structure
We are trying to implement scenario testing in Pega 8.5.5 environment and facing an issue while trying to record an OOTB drop down and checkbox for table layouts. Attached screenshot has the error message, "Unable to record this element as this is unsupported element or has invalid DOM structure " and "This element does not have unique selector and cannot be captured. Please go to your section and generate teste ID from General tab of the element properties."
please suggest any resolution for this issue.
We have tried regenerating Test ID but it is not working for Table layouts.

Scenario testing framework relies on "data-test-id" attribute of an element in the DOM to uniquely identify it. Here it seems like "data-test-id" is duplicated because of repeating dynamic layout or table layouts.
We cannot give an easy work around here, can you raise an service request on pega support portal to debug this issue further.
