Facing this issue in all environment for specific nodes.This is declare trigger activity and i have revalidated and saved this rule but thats not helping

@VishakhaThere are certain things you can do to debug this :

    --- Check whether the class in which PEGA is looking for the activity is correct or not. If not, it probably means that there is a difference between the class of the activity , and the class of the Declare Trigger.

 

   --- If both are the same, then try checking whether the activity is correctly configured. Go to the Security tab in the activity and mark the Type as Trigger and check in the rule. This should make the activity discoverable inside the Declare Trigger.

The message says all the details if read carefully It is looking for a rule with below criteria /// RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'RELOADNBA' that applies to 'PegaCA-Work' It tried to look for activity in your ruleset-stack (which comes from AccessGroup of user/agent that cause the trigger to execute) and found 10 rules with similar names ///There were 10 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. Of these 10, all others have different class except one ///1 related to applies-to class 'PegaCA-Work', but were defined in rulesets which are not in your rulesetlist: 'SA-Artifacts:08-01-01' The above one is in a ruleset that is not part of your ruleset stack. Try to find the contextpage on which the above acitivity is being called. You could even temporarily change the declare trigger to use some temporary custom activity which in turn calls this activity. You can then add logs to your custom activity to see what is the primary contextpage. If it does not inherit from the possible classes the rule exists in, it is only expected of PEga to say rule not found :) Regards Tanul
