Horizontal Scroll bar issue after Pega upgrade to 8.5.5

We are upgrading our application from Pega 7.2.1 to Pega 8.5.5. As part of the upgrade, we noticed that Dynamic Layout is behaving incorrectly when configured with Item spacing resulting in Horizontal scroll bar. I am able to reproduce the issue in Personal edition as well. This issue is impacting the entire application
