LDAP aunthentication timeout pop up window not working in chrome/IE.

Hi Team,

we have LDAP authentication in our application and Access group time is 15min there are 2 issues Both issues we are facing in chrome and IE browser. Pega version 7.3.1

1) Chrome- when timeout reaches the Pega is not throwing pop up window to enter credential but portal screen freezes not able to access the portal.

. 2) IE - when user login to portal and click on edit button it will open modal dialog to add comments  when user working more than 900sec in modal dialog pega throwing pop to enter credential, even though user active on portal. .

can anyone please suggest an approach how to resolve this issue.
