Can we integrate Pega 8.6 with Google Dialogflow CX

Can Pega 8.6 be integrated with Google Dialogflow CX?

Trying to build something similar to what is mentioned in the above link. But all those links that are shared as a reference in that post, are not reachable now. 

Can someone guide.
