How can I use New (Create) Harness in Pega 8.6?

Hi,

 

Until Pega 8.4, New (Create) Harness was available at the initial screen before case is persisted. That was very convenient but that functionality seems to be gone from Pega 8.5. As a proof, the checkbox "Skip create harness" in a flow rule is removed as below screenshot. Is there any way to get that functionality back? I want to have an intermediate screen before case creation to avoid creating too many unnecessary cases.
