@SwathiK9810  If it is a pagelist, you can build logic to remove previously selected item before loading results next time and you need to ensure the drop drown section is refreshed  every time to repopulate from the update source information.

As your source is Prompt List, you need to customise your logic.

As per my knowledge, there is no PEGA inbuilt behaviour to handle this requirement.
