Unable to login to Pega mobile client
I have configured Pega mobile channel with Authentication type as: "Pega platform" and as in attached screenshots.
When I am launching the app from "Pega Mobile Preview" app in Android phone, getting Session Expired error all the times. Also unable to see any logs for it in PegaRULES.
I am trying to login as operator who has access group for "Users", which has also been configured in Mobile channel.

@Vikas_AgrawalHi Vikash, when this error is coming? Is it immediately post clicking on login button or after sometimes?
Also, can you try to point the default portal of user access group to out of the box UserPortal (if using cosmos) or pyCaseWorker(if UIKit) and see if the portal is getting launched or not?
Also, share if this app is offline configured or not.
To enable debug logs - Go to build configuration of Android and set Logging level -> Debug and check Enable debug logging checkbox, and see in screen if you are able to see any links for logs or not?

@karma1 Hi Abhishek,
This error is coming within 5 sec after I click on Login button.
App is not configured for offline use.
I have not built the application. I am just testing it from Pega Preview Mobile Application. How do I enable logging for this.
Already default portal (Case Worker) is configured for User Access group.

@Vikas_Agrawal ok . Please check the roles in your access group. If its not available. please user your roles in access group and try . It will work.

@RamarPeriyaraju Thanks for your prompt response Ramar. But these items are correct in my context. I am using PegaRULES:User4 access role. And the External Authentication Checkbox in unchecked in operator Record.
