How to fetch Date from Subject of an Email

Hi,

I have a requirement where, a travel request will be sent via email. The subject of this Email would contain a Date along with other information(no defined format). I want to extract this date and do further processing.

I am looking for options that can help in extracting this date(could be in any format) from the subject.
