pzStandardProcessor couldn't reach a stable state.Please try after sometime

Hi 

When I am trying to start pzStandardProcessor from the Admin studio the following error message is shown and pzStandardProcessor won't start.

Error message : "pzStandardProcessor couldn't reach a stable state.Please try after sometime."

please help me with this issue.
