After automatically creation case by the agent, couldn't find the case from portal

Hi all,

I have an agent which opens a new case according to my logic. When I traced my agent, it opens the case successfully. But when I search the case from the portal, It couldn't find the case. You can find the ss of my activity in the attachments.

Hi Viswa,

Thanks for your reply. I added it. But I have another problem with addWork. I am getting an error. Could you help me with this problem?

 Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-Operator-ID", pyUserIdentifier = "System"
