Access Snowflake on Cloud

currently i am using PEGA application is on-premises. PEGA Designer Studio Version is 7.3.0 PEGA Marketing Version is 7.22.01 is it possible for PEGA on-premises to access/connect the cloud database which is SNOWFLAKEs on cloud ??

 

Does DB Connection in designer studio (SysAdm -- Database --- using JDBC URL can directly access to the snowflake db ) ?

 

Any reference which i can use to setup this ?
