The above post mentioned by Marc links to the official Pega Marketplace component for referencing rules for 7.3, 7.4, 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3

Some have asked for this to be backported to 7.1, but we don't have bandwidth to do that, unfortunately. It would include backporting not only this feature but also the underlying technology that makes it possible. As an alternative, I've built a simple table popup of all the Referencing rules data which can be filtered and sorted as desired. It is attached to this post. A couple very important notes:

• The table does not include referenced rules, only referencing rules.
• This is not officially supported software. If you have problems with this, please let me know the details and I can try to address them when I have time.
• This is a Branch named RefRules. Add this to your Development application. I kept this a branch to be clear that you should not add this to your production application.
• All rules are "Available" so you can override as you see fit.
• You must unzip the attached and import the RefRules_7.1.0-7.2.2.jar archive. (PegaCommunity does not allow the attachment of jar files) Attempting to import the zip file will fail.
