error while loading prpc

[1211/123535.313:ERROR:directory_reader_win.cc(43)] FindFirstFile: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3)  

i am getting this kind of debug note

i am unable to lunch my login page in prpc 

plzz help

up to yesterday, it is working I don't know why it is coming like this now and

how to check logs and all?

in startup i think it is running correctly but i dont know why it is not loading login page

it has happened previously also and at that time i reinstalled the entire application 

and now it is throwing the same error as below
