Need the output of the excel created from MSOGenerateExcelFile
I am not working with work objects, i just need to attach the excel in an email. The excel is generated using the activity but need the pydata or the encoded value to pass to Attachment page so i can attach in email

It sounds like you have two main issues:
1. How to get the EXCEL data in a suitable format.
2. How to then use that data as an attachment for an email.
For point 1:
Is your EXCEL file data stored as a rule? (Say a Rule-File-Binary)
If so - check the 'pyFileSource' property for the rule - this will be the base64 data you need for your file content.
For point 2:
What Activity are you using to send the email - and does take a base64 encoded file content for sending as email already - or do you need to develop that? (I'm not sure if one already exists - but others may).
