How to Restart PEGA cloud?
I Need to Connect pega with mysql database as a External Database Connection. For that I need to Upload JDBC mysql driver to pega cloud .I have followed all steps except last step provided by pega collaboration. The Last Step was pega cloud must be Restarted from nodes to clusters. In Order to Acheive this, how can i restart pega cloud.
I send a mail to pega regarding to restart my pega cloud. but still no one reply to me.
i have attached image where list of steps to be followed . in that you can refer 7th step.

There are 2 ways to restart the nodes which are present in the Pega cloud.
1)Create a Cloud change request using MySupportPortal with all details like (Environment URL, Start time).
The corresponding Engineer from the Pega cloud team will take ownership of your ticket and assist you with the same.
2)Self-Service Tip: PegaCloud Clients are provided with the Self-Service to do the restart of Dev and Stage Environment from My Support Portal. You will be able to perform the restart of Application Nodes.
