Pega UI Control

I have a requirment to display a Property which will hold one - two page text....and when the property need a to be displayed in read  only section as in below attached section.. we have implmented using UI script but want to display using pega control.. can any guide in this  writing Pega control.....

Hi,

Click Create > User Interface > Control and create a custom control.

In the HTML tab, the required HTML & scripts can be added. This control will be available in "custom" section in components list.
