Date property > 0 validation in when rule
.propertyname > 0
where .propertyname is of Type Date.
can we check if it is greater than zero , where 0 is an integer.

A Date property - when set - will always be greater than zero.
Given you are comparing a Date to an Integer, it is not clear what you are looking to achieve. What is the actual condition you are looking to test?
- Is the Date set? ... Use @PropertyHasValue(...)
- Is the Date after another Date? ... Use @CompareDates(...)
- Is the Date in the future? ... Use @CompareDates(..., @CurrentDateTime())
