There might be multiple reasons. Some common reasons are :

  1. Incorrect username or password. Make sure whether both the username and password are correct.
  2. The operator ID might be disabled. Contact other system architects to check whether your operator ID is disabled in the application.
  3. The operator ID might be deleted.

If you have provided a valid email address to your operator ID, try resetting your password.
