Pega 8.3.2 Vanilla install - The Field Value with key value(s) Work-/pyStatusCustomerSat/New does not exist
Running into this issue on a PEGA 8.3.2 vanilla install. Opening up the Developer portal and create any new instance of any records, i am running into this issue. Also i see the labels on the Admin Studio, the Menu items displays Extension Label instead of the actual values: Attaching a few screenshots to check why this could happen. Any suggestions how to rectify this issue?

The below error was on the log file.
Resolved this by adding a JVM argument -Ddb2.jcc.charsetDecoderEncoder=3
