what argument should i pass for Parameter insActivity in PropertyListContains() function

PropertyListContains(strListReference,strScalarValue,insActivity)

Description:Determine if the property list contains the specified value strListReference reference to test strScalarValue value to look for insActivity context in which to evaulate return true if list contains the specified value

I am trying to use this function to search through a value list, I don't know what value should i be passing for insActivity (Java type: Activity), please help.
